We accept returns only in the case of defective products. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. Return eligibility

  • The product must have a manufacturing defect or operational failure that is not caused by improper use, installation, or maintenance.
  • The return request must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
  • Products returned without prior authorization.

3. Return Process

If you believe your product is defective, please follow these steps:

  4. Shipping the Item: The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon. Products must be shipped to the designated return address within 7 days of receiving the RMA number.
  5. Inspection & Resolution: Once received, we will inspect the product and, if eligible, provide a replacement or repair at our discretion. Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement is not available.

  • Refunds are only available if a replacement or repair is not possible.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days using the original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
